Minimum Qualification:
Staff Nurse: PUC ( 10+2 or equivalent) and should possess B.Sc. Nursing Degree from the Institute recongised by
the Govt. of Karnataka and shall possess Karnataka Governing Council registration certificate and should have
working experience in the hospitals having Super Speciality Departments.
Or
PUC (10+2 or equivalent) and GNM or Diploma in Nursing (3 ½ years) from an Institute recognised by
the Govt. of Karnataka and should possess a Karnataka Nursing Council registration certificate.
Should have minimum 2 years working experience in hospitals with a minimum capacity of 200 beds and
have working experience in the Emergency Department, Post Operative ward and operation theatre in such
hospitals. Special preference will be given to those having one year working experience in the Super Speciality
Departments of the hospitals attached to Medical College.

Age Limit: Min 18 years and Max 35 years for General Candidates.
Min 18 years and Max 38 years for others.
Min 18 years and Max 40 years for SC/ST/Cat-I Candidates.
