Candidates are required to report at the venue between 0800 hours to 1100 hours on 17 April 2011 with the following documents:

- Two copies of pre-filled FTS proforma (on A4 size paper) as per format given in the advertisement.
- Original certificate of Secondary School examination
- Mark sheet and certificate of Senior Secondary School examination
- Original certificate and mark sheets of BE/B.Tech/AMIE/other educational qualification, as the case may be
- Proof of identity such as Passport, Driving license, Voter Identity Card, College Identity Card or any other valid photo identity proof
- Two recent colour passport size photographs
